    Connecting over networks

    Hello

If I wanted to remote on to someone else's PC - I am in the UK and she is abroad obviously with a different ISP - and she gave me permission to connect to her PC (through the Remote Desktop tool) what information would I need? I know I need her IP address (does she need mine to 'accept' me?), but isn't that IP address (the one in the Networks & Sharing Centre) of her PC, the generic IP address of her ISP?

I am just wondering how to do it.

    Thanks for any advice.

Not knowing the IP address should not matter. But it helps.
