whenever i download stuff it always appear as powerpoint and i cant access it  ??? :-[

    When you download make sure you are saving the file as the correct type.

    Download the Powerpoint Viewer from this link... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=428d5727-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&displaylang=en ... Once installed, you will be able to see the file(s). Hope this helps  ;)
