i have a problem w/ my windows 7.
1) the person who built this pc has a license to buy a program and put it on many computers. mine is one of them.
OK
80% of the time when i turn on the power button it lights up green, but the amber light for the hard drive does not come on.
the bio's pop up w/ a message - "detecting ide channels" and there it sits, doing nothing.
i push the power button off and wait awhile.
the same bio's screen comes on.
i wait. nothing.
turn back on, while hitting f8 key.
nothing. same bio's screen.
