Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning bug

Dear Experts,
       
My KOA is not allowing me to level up when I upgrade my abilities I am not able to find the 'Confirm' button anywhere. If there is no solution then if I re-install the whole thing is there anyway that I can continue with my campaign without having to restart the game? Please help.

Are you playing the full version or the demo?

What format are you playing it on?

whole game, not demo. I am able to upgrade skills but not abilities. I can't even reach destinies because no 'Confirm' button comes for abilities like it came for skills. I have no idea what you mean by format I'm playing it on, so please specify.

While in know this is a 'computer' forum, you could be playing this game on an Xbox, PS3 or PC.

Is it the original game, bought from a shop?

PC, digital download. Is there anyway I can keep my save files while re-installing the game?
