Personally I would stay away from these "VPN Providers" especially the free ones. What you basically do when you use a VPN is route your internet traffic through an external server, there is nothing to stop the owner of that server from spying on your traffic where they would be able to look at what websites you load and even capture passwords that are entered into non-https sites (Like this forum).
