I love "Radio Stotka", it's a radio station that was once "on air", but unfortunately now can be heard only through the means of Internet streaming...

    It's URL is: http://82.117.194.13:9040/listen.pls

But, when I open the web browser on my mobile device, and enter this url as http://82.117.194.13:9040/listen.pls, my phone browser offers me only the option to save it as a PLS file. And if I do that, then the browser says that it can't find any available (valid) application in order to start playing it!?

Also, if I open this url as the following address: http://82.117.194.13:9040/ (that is without the "listen.pls" suffix at the end) then I see the "SHOUTcast Admin page" on the Internet in my phone browser. There I have the "Listen" button, and if I click on it -> just the same happens (it offers me the download of the PLS file, not the option to LISTEN to it)

I've even tried to create a "TinyUrl" of the page (that is: http://tinyurl.com/mgcrcof ) but the same happens with it too! :(

And all of these links DO WORK on my PC computer!

So, what do I need to have on my "smartphone" in order to listen to this Internet stream???

Can someone give me any suggestion for what do I need to "google" for?

    Thanks in advance! :)

Instead of numbers for the URL, try this site:
    http://www.streamingthe.net/
Thee a re a numbers of stat use that service.
I believe I found what you want as:
    http://www.streamingthe.net/RTV-Radio-Stotka-Novi-Sad/p/12098&player=1#.UcBBGNj3Nrw

That is a lot to type  on a smart phone.  You might have to borrow a keyboard.

The original link works on my iPhone, so maybe your "smartphone" needs an app that plays PLS streams for it to be smart enough.
      Where's MagicSpeed?

He's playing a game called IRL. Great graphics, *censored* gameplay.

No, I am sorry but the streamingthenet link does not work on most phones I have been testing it with.

I have - on the other hand - found the following site: www.yourmuze.fm

This one should work on most phones with WiFi enabled..
So I am testing it now, and I'll let you know about the results soon - I hope.

Thanks for all your support. :)
