    Ease of Access

I have a huge mess on my laptop...I turned on magnifier.  In trying to shut it off I appear to have hit a command to disable the mouse in lieu of the keyboard.  (I did confirm that this problem was not related to the F4 button, which shuts off the mouse.)  To make matters worse, I accidentally turned on the on-screen keyboard--because, well, I don't really know how to navigate with just arrows, I guess.  OSK appears to require the mouse to work, move or close.  It's sitting in the middle of the screen, covering everything up and I can't figure out how to even move it without the mouse.  I have been all through Microsoft's page about Accessibility and it tells me about turning stuff on but not turning it off.

I am using Windows 8.  This seems to primarily be a problem on the desktop.  And it only happens on one account.  The other user account is working fine (so far!)
