    Uninstall Process Won't Go Away!

    Basically about a day ago I uninstalled something. Then after that I never could uninstall another app in change or remove a program in the control panel.PLEASE HELP!

      Umm some recording software. After unistalling it I cant really unistall anything because i cancled the screen recording unsitall and it messed up.
