RA1 help
« on: November 10, 2005, 03:29:47 PM »
" >:(Gosh, this stupid thing!" I would always say when trying to start up Red Alert 1, I've had it installed for like 2 weeks and it worked PERFECTLY, but now I try starting it up and nothing happens! I double-clicked it, right-clicked and selected open on it, and tried opening it via C: Drive, but nothing seems to work, plz help if at all possible.

Thank you for your cooperation,
-Bob Goss

What happened to your system? And by the way what kind of system? What operating system, etc.?

1. try to use Compatibility mode(right click on the ra1.exe,properties,compatibility, and set at the compatibility mode win 98(for example)). Write if it worked.
2. how did you uninstalled it? try rmoving the registry files.
3.maybe you made a wrong setting in options.
I played ra1 a couple years on win 98 and I can't complain of anything.
