    settings menu doesn't display after windows 10 upgrade

    After windows 10 upgrade on laptop, can't open the settings menu display. It flashes a window for an instant and then disappears. has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

    This happened on one of my computers.  I had the upgrade on a flash drive & reinstalled it.
