    How to print a half page text twice on the same page without copying text again on the page?

    I don't know of a way to do that.   Copying the top half of a page to the bottom half is quite simple.  So, I really don't see a significant problem here.

    A custom macro might be able to do this. I never did 1/2 page to replicate before, I did some VB programming years ago to print to 2 different printers at the same time when selecting to print to a single printer, but that was VB with Access 2000

    Which version of Office are you using MS Word in?

    Yeah, that might work.  However,  is the area to be duplicated always the same size (number lines, paragraphs, etc.)?  If not, then application of a macro seems less feasible.

    What patio refers to works.
    Use a template where it is normal to repeat the same message 2 or more times. This is the norm for a business care, a geeing card, a suitcase ID Tag and so on...
