I have Windows Vista SP2 installed on my computer and I have a loading video card driver problem. I checked a topic on how to manually install the latest AMD drivers on Windows Vista:

Well, my drivers fail to initialize at startup and I can't install Crimson because Install Manager failed to initialize, Install Manger failed to initialize Package Manager and Install Manager failed to initialize again. I wanted to update because I have some problems with the old 13.12 Catalyst driver.
