You could disable your antivirus programs and try to download again.

Provide more information.

1. Where did you download it from? Visual Studio Professional is not free.

2. Do you see error messages? Warnings?

3. Update 3 like the previous updates is cumulative. You don't install Update 1, 2, and 3; you just install Update 3 and it supercedes the other updates.
