chrome.exe-bad image message

On start up, I get the message "chrome.exe-bad image. I x it and a second shows up with same message. I x it and everything seems to work fine.
In the message, I've noticed "me.dll"
I have noticed though in my email I and unable to open some attachments.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, so far it didn't work.
I'm using windows 10. I forgot to mention.
