i need to convert my phones internal memory drive to an external removable one and what i mean by that is i want it to be read by my pc as an external removable drive not portable device

You don't say if the phone is Apple or Android. On an android phone you need to enable USB debugging in the developer options  then the memory shows as a drive.
If you google your ....phone model USB debugging it will explain the procedure.Here is one way.
