Weird mouse movements.

Hi. The problem is that when I'm trying to do a straight line from left to right with my mouse my cursor starts to moving right + up or left + down if I do it from right to left. That's happens in any games like cs:go or overwatch etc. Windows acceleration off, in-game acceleration is also off. Used MarkC_Windows_10+8.x+7_MouseFix before that for turning accel off completely. Maybe I've messed up? Tried 3 different mouses, 3 different surfaces like table itself and 2 mousepads. Can you help me?

Just now tried to boot from live cd ubuntu 20.04. The problem still persists.
PC specs:
Ryzen 3600
ASUS TUF B450-M PLUS GAMING
Goodram Iridium 8 GB x2
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 6 GB
SoundBlaster Z

If it does it in Linux too it's definitely a hardware problem...
