    IMGBurn program. Question.
    « on: May 22, 2021, 12:36:57 PM »
I wonder what option I supposed to use to create an ISO image of my Win7 installation DVD. Seems like an IMGBurn program had been abandoned but I still like it (last update of IMGBurn was done in 2013).

    - create image file from disc
    or
    - create image file from files/folders

    Which one would be better?

Use - create image file from disc
    This copies the whole disk.

The create image file from files/folders is a way to save disk space but doesn't include the files which you need to make a new disk bootable.

      doer,

Chk out: BurnAware 9.3, Looks like a carbon copy. Just got it & it's much easier to use than Ashampoo Free.
