Ok, to answer your questions:
1. The Date you ordered the PSU .....
-I actually won it from their ebay store...but it was "Mar-09-06 00:14:08 PST"
2. If you used a credit card ...have you contacted your credit card company.
-I paid with a Postal Money Order
3. The Date you recieved your order
-March 24th I believe
4. When did you Contact them to ask for a RMA
I contacted them on March 29th to inform, them of the defective merchandise (ill show it below)
5. Was that by phone or Email

6. Did you get the name of the contact that replied to you.

March 29th, then later that day I went to the site and filed for a RMA, and I heard nothing..I waited until April 2nd and emailed them again. Again I waited but they say they always respond in 24 hours, So I opened an EBAY Dispute on April 3rd to get them on the ball! They responded the same day and said
"Hello,
Please submit an RMA for your Power Supply and we would be more than happy to replace
it.
Buypcdirect"
I replied and said I already did, and that was all I got from them.
Do you have the documentation to support what you have stated ( this is most important) I have emails, The actual ebay dispute I Filed, My invoice slip...what do you need??
