I'm not an admin so that is why I needed to know if it only works with Admin Rights

Your user account may be severely restricted, you need to talk to the computer admin.

I'm on Limited user and I guess it only works with Admin Rights since it worked

It's on topic, you just can't see the on topic part

But usually if you need to get rid of something, and add/remove programs worn work, you can always just got the the program files, and delete it's folder, shortcuts, ect.
