i can take pictures, how do i show live/action webcam pictures to other e-mail friends. assuming they don't have a camera?

oh sorry, its an intel cs110 webcam . using a compaq deskpro en running windows 200xp

"windows 200xp", what is that?  I know of Windows 2000 and Windows XP, but not windows 200xp.  

I believe messaging is the answer to your question.  For example, MSN Messenger 6 allows sharing live webcam, either one way or both ways.  See MSN Messenger 6 Allows IM Lovers to Express Themselves With Style
