Hey i need help with Ram...

what does it mean when it says 184 pin and 240 pin are they the gold things and say if i have a 184 pinn drr could i put a 240 pin ram into my computer. ????

You need to use the right RAM or you will have problems. Go to www.crucial.com and see EXACTLY what you need for your motherboard. Check all of the characteristics listed and use that.
