Hi all. I've recently started having problems with my CD/DVD drive in that it skips on music CDs/DVDs and now is just not even reading the CD/DVD at all. I've tried cleaning it with a kit, but to no avail. Also it has an interesting habit of sometimes closing itself immediatley after opening. Is there any better method to clean than one of these kits? or could it be a not dirt related thing? any other help would be massively appreciated
