It might, if the editing controls use certain javascript codes and the OP is using Internet Explorer.  I.E.'s javascript model exposes the Windows clipboard to programmatic cut and paste operations.  It would be safe to allow ComputerHope.com permanent access to the clipboard.

Well all I can tell you is that when I post something or make a comment on a post a box comes up and says. Would you like to allow this web page acces to your clipboard. Allow access    Don't Allow access. OK it did it again I saved a snapshot of it but not sure how to get it to this board it is in paint.
