World of Warcraft is the betetr deal.

Noone plays EQ anymore. I dont play WoW myself but i know alto of people who do. Also the fact that WoW is updated every month with completly new content is a major +

Maybe mention which game your talking about? If its WoW I just have to say that some people like that type of gameplay.

The prices are absurd. € 29,95. If you play it for a whole year you'll have spent a whopping 12 x 29,95 = 359 euros on a game whilst I've been playing, for example, Battlefield 2 for just.. 59,95? The money you spent on WoW is actually meant to be spent on upgrades so you're ready to buy the next generation of games. Not to play the same silly old game over and over.

raptor, its not $29 a month, its $15 but still i dont like paying that much for a game either. wahts much better is NeverWinter Nights
Free online play, many many differnt Server's with Different Worlds.

And towsendes of players.

IMO games like Never winter are Better than MMO's becase they are user Driven, and cost nothing to Expand

Its a bit old, but you should be able to pick it up in any EB, most game shops stock a few comys of the Deluxe Edition.

it has 2 Expansions, you can buy it in a 3 Game Box Deal, for perhaps $40.
Well it 40Euro over here so i expect you can get it cheaper

I'd recommend WOW over EQ2, I've played them both and enjoy WOW a lot more, in fact I think to date it's the best MMORPG out there. Price is an issue though, WOW has a pretty high monthly/quarterly subscription fee. But IMO it's worth it.

Guildwars is another great MMORPG and is a free solution if you can't afford the monthly fees. However, I still always go back to WOW during the times I can play a game.

There is a reason WOW has over SEVEN MILLION subscribers, it's a really a great game, in fact it's a little too good (addicting) you may be better to just stay away from it.

i got wow this last saturday 10/14 and i already have a lvl 10 pally human and lvl 2 warlock lvl 6 or 7 undead preist

That game is not only a waste of time but also a waste of money. You might as well spend that time and money working out in the gym and you'll actually be as cool as your character is. Or whatever.

What's up with the 'unloved' all the time?

lol.. i dont really know ive always used unlovedwarrior or varyant... but raptor i do work out in the gym every day at 5 in the morning.... and i only play for an hour a day right after class. and maybe 2 or 3 on the weekend
