« on: January 13, 2007, 09:49:16 AM »
I have this model of tv/monitor and i cannot set the resolution any higher than 800X600 when connected VGA.  If I do i get out of range message on my screen...PLEASE HELP...I searched for drivers on acer.com and there is nothing...They consider it to be a TV...any work arounds?  I am also using NVIDIA GE FORCE 6600LE graphics....that driver is up to date as well....

Well, according to http://www.pcw.co.uk/personal-computer-world/hardware/2147766/acer-at2001, the native resolution, when used with a computer, is 800 x 600pixels.  So, perhaps there's nothing you can do about it.

If you bought it primarily as a computer monitor, I'd say it was not a good choice.
