Hmm, yeah, don't download bots, especially from people you don't know.  The STS bot downloads a keylogger onto your computer, I believe.  Try running Ad-Aware and see what it comes up with.  Never having dealt with it personally, I don't know of any keylogger removers that actually work, but maybe the keylogging section of http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=97307 will help you.  If you do manage to find and eliminate a keylogger (let's hope you won't have to reformat), reboot your computer.  Then make sure you change all of your passwords.  And from now on, whenever you enter passwords or credit card numbers or anything very private like that, you might want to use the On-Screen Keyboard.

Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > On-Screen Keyboard

I hope this helps in some way.  Let's hope that whatever you deleted has helped.  If you're really that desperate to cheat at an online game, try getting familiar with Tsearch.  Heh.

Well, first and foremost, you'll want to backup all of your important/personal files because reformatting wipes everything clean and you'll lose anything currently on your computer.

Are you saying that you don't have the required restoration CD?  If that's the case, then someone else will have to help you because I'm not really sure how you would go about reformatting without a disk.  I'm assuming you'll have to contact the vendor of your computer and hope they can give you a replacement.

Oh, and you actually can use Tsearch for Runescape.  It just takes a bit of know-how.  But it's in violation of the terms and if you're caught doing it, you will be banned.  And because of this, I'm probably not allowed to tell you how to use the program for these purposes.  Ha.

Did you read the above links? We don't help with hacks on this board by the way, so please don't ask.

newbie01.......  In order to format and reinstall your operating system....... You must have either a original MS cd containing the operating system or the install/restore cds that should have come with your machine. If you don't have them, I would suggest purchasing one or contact your machine manufacturer and see if you can purchase a set of install/restore cds . Once you have those the procedure is simple and we will be pleased to assist you if required.
