Better yet format C: /u

Is this for real ?

Can someone enter your computer with firewalls and spyware, etc ?

For example, can someone counterfit a Macromedia flash player or something like that and send it to you for an update and you open it and little no see-um's scamper out ?

Sorry, I don't have more to offer.

I think the minimum  requirement should be some punctuation and an occasional capital letter. Correct spelling and grammar would also be helpful. More than one paragraph for all of this would be a real treat.

It sounds like this computer should be formatted immediately and all passwords changed and hope there is no more damage than that. Party hats were not all that were lacking.

More punctuation would've been helpful.
If you were freaked out by this guy doing all this to your PC, why didn't you just turn it off?
A format and reinstall sounds real good to me, I don't think you'll have a very good time trying to troubleshoot it.
And you'd always have a nagging feeling you missed something too.
Just format and change all your passwords ASAP and hope no more harm comes to you because of this.

I agree, I think that the most important thing is that whoever you are addressing understands what you are speaking of.

However in consideration of others, sentence thought and structure would be helpful.

    VERY REAL AND POSSIBLE ?

Has anyone ever been arrested for this ?

    Most likely...

I would advise you NEVER do anything that someone says, if you do not know who it is that is telling you to do it, Especially when online. Don't ever do that again.

reinstall of os and change all pasword is what the doctor ordered for this one. Just to clue you in on what might of happened was the "cheat program" may and most likly has some remote control software code layered into it. If this is true and he has you public IP he may have already infected other computers on the network, if there are any. I would recomend reformating them all.

A call or e-mail to ruine escape may be a goog thing to report this and if it is really worth it to you talk to you ISP and see about changing your public IP.

He doesn't have to if he has a dynamic ip. All he needs to do is disconnect from the internet if that is the case. By the way can you post what the program was called that he sent you.
