Loading boot-drive to new ide card

How do I put the boot drive on a new controller card.The new hard drive instructions does'nt say how.

Please explain.  New drive to replace old drive?  New drive in addition to old drive?  Everything should be in new hard drive instructions...read again.

Obtain the instructions from the Hard Disk Drive from the manufacturers website.
