Hello, my cd-rom just stopped working. When i load a cd all i get is a blinking light, I checked the device manager and it says my cd-rom is working properly. Can you please help me, thanks in advance JY..

CD-ROM receiving power but does not work

try opening the cd in the my computer window...or take out the cd and twist it a quarter of a turn..is this  a burnt disk?
