All emails are going into Junk Email folder. How do I change them to come into the inbox instead?

Check that your message rules aren't sending them there:

Click Tools> Rules and Alerts.

To check your junk mail folder click Action > Junk Email >  Junk E Mail Options > Block Senders list.

Any specific addresses you can add to your safe senders list.  Various ways are in the Action > Junk E Mails Options Menu.
