on my computer, which is really screwed up, i cant get in to user accounts, when i open it, one of those messages that says something like microsoft created an error, and it wont let me do anything
can someone plz help me fix this

well geez, u dont have to b such a smart *censored* about it,
any ways,
my os is xp 2002 and there is really only one major problem. any time anyone on my computer tryes to get it to the user accounts, a message comes up that says Microsoft HTML Application host. its one of those messages that is like "Microsoft has created an error", and then at the bottem of it the are two choices, Don't Send and Send Error Report, how do i make that stop coming up.
its really not a problem for me, cuz i no how to do everything else through command prompt. but if i dont fix it im going to get in trouble for it.

I guess you just don't get how a help forum works, so let's start with an explanation. You describe the problem accurately and give a lot of information so the members don't have to wonder what your problem is. If you provide enough relevant information and take the suggestions offered you end up with the problem resolved.

This is Computer Hope, not Psychic Hope. Miss Cleo left the forum ages ago and we've been on our own ever since and must rely on people to give us enough information so we're not just guessing randomly.

alrite, well srry, anyways, i gave u as much info as i have and its really annoying, cuz i want to change my start up pic, and password hint, and i dont no how to du it thro command prompt, and besides, im the only one in my house who nos how du to anything thru command prompt

Give up the attitude and take the advice given...there is NADA in the link i provided that says you have to reformat your HDD.

Do you have Anti-Virus and Firewall programs on your computer?

How long has this been happening?
Did it happen after you downloaded something? (in which case it could be a virus)

well, i finially made my self an admin,
i do have a firewall
i have an anit-spyware program called spy sweeper and i have norton anti-virus
i really dont no wen it started, i first noticed it in like a month ago

If you have less than -25 Karma Points, you are kicked out of the forum

(because if you have that low Karma Points, you aren't really being useful to anyone in the forum, and you are just annoying them and using attitude)
