I am trying to download some dvd covers to print,but in the window that they should be showing in all I get is a box with an "X" in it. what does that mean and how do I correct it.

Going to need some more information.

1. What operating system?
2. Is this X window on the Internet or within a program?
3. If a program what program?
4. If a web page what web page?

Is this a dial up connection? If so which one, and are you using somewort of acceleration program for it?
