Windows Movie Maker help

I need some help. I can't put in more than 7 clips into a video when I try to make one. I used to beable to a long time ago but now if I put in an 8th clip, it shuts down.

I got Windows Movie Maker 2 btw.

Without alot more info on what you are trying to accomplish it would be guesswork at best on our part...

Thats all there is but I'll give you a timeline.

Last time I used it was in October and it was working fine then. 6 months later, I use it again and this time, I can only put in 7 movie clips. If I put in an 8th clip, it shuts down with no word or anything.

I don't know whats going wrong here. Is there a new version out now? Is there an alternative program to Movie Maker?
