i have a processor that is 1.6 GHz but i want to run something that needs a 2.0 GHz processor (the sims 2). will it still run?  if so will it be really slow? if your not sure at least give your opinion. Thank you!

The Sims 2 will be incredibly slow, my processor and ram on my other computer is just above the requirements and it is very slow and laggy.

0.4 ghz makes for absolutely no basis to judge system performance on.

Well, then you should review your statement and adjust it after having done some research on the different processors out there.
