Why is this a poll?  It doesn't even have anything to do with your question.

Just open up your Control Panel and go to User Accounts.  This, of course, depends on your version of Windows, which you have failed to mention.

    Try control alt delete and selecting the users tab? This isn't programming and I suppose there is probably a way to find out in DOS as well.
