You might get sick to your stomach, but I don't think a lot of mustard is unhealthy.  I mean, there isn't really much in it.

I think I'd be more worried about the 15cm of sausage per day.  LOL   How much fat and cholesterol does it contain?

I like sausage, too, but I don't think I'd want to eat that much every day.  Do you, or were you just using that example as a way of explaining how much mustard you're talking about?

Since I also occasionally eat mustard, I did a search and found an article indicating some people may need to avoid mustard and other foods due to problems with BELCHING, BLOATING AND FLATULENCE.  Paragraph 9 there mentions mustard.

That, of course, is on an individual basis. Mustard is actually healthy. It aids digestion, aids in clearing the sinuses, and is good for circulation.

You can also drink the juice left over from a jar of dill pickles and accomplish
      about the same thing.

Plenty of people get away with swearing including yourself JP. I request that users keep swearing to a minimal or even better none at all. However, when people swear at or make inappropriate comments towards others on the forum that's where I draw the line.

                who's this fed-up2?

                Our Saviour...

Seriously, guys...it's not me...I'm Fed Up alias Saviour...I have absolutely no clue who Fed up2 actually is.  I think it may be someone else who had a beef with Raptor, but it's most definitely not me.

I will take a lie detector test...for that matter.

You know, honestly people GX1_Man knew it was me immediately.
I know you remember his warning ."You do realize you are only
                authorized 1 account."

I thought everyone knew it was me immediately.

So,I apologize to Saviour and the CH forum members.
