firedaemon (how do i get rid of it)?

I have firedaemon installed on my computer (i have no idea how it got there). Anyway if i go to the location that it spybot tells me it is located, i cannot uninstall it because it tells me the process is in use.

so i go to task manager and try to quit it, but it won't let me.

so how the heck do i get it off my computer then?

Try booting to safemode then uninstall.
