    reformating a hard drive with xp so i can use win 95

    i am trying to reformat a hard drive that has xp so i can use win 95. I have my boot disk but when i boot the computer with it it tells me to take it out? what am i doing wrong here

            You can check out the below site but, you
            would be better off just to buy a 50 dollar
             computer from Ebay and put windows 95
            on it.

            I'm sorry for interrupting, but that's like trading in a Cadillac for a Yugo.

            Be prepared not to be able to have a lot of access to your favorite sites...or even browsing the Internet at all.

            Also...have fun trying to find any type of security software, or any software for that matter, compatible with Windows 95.

            If I were you...stick with XP...or at least use Windows 98 (not recommended).

            Just an opinion...but, it's yours (or your mother's) decision.
