where is the chat?

where is the live chat where more than 2 people can talk at one time. i mean that chatr meantioned in the "whats the dumbest question you've been asked?".

If you're referring to the Computer Hope chat it can be accessed through the Online Help section.

However, if no operators are available for chatting you'll be unable to chat with anyone. Unfortunately at this time can't have people available 24/7.

To add to the above . . .
The IRC chat mentioned in that topic no longer exists.
It has been replaced with an operator/user chat support system, where there is one user talking to one or more operators at a time.

y was it disabled. i think its a gr8 idea

It was IRC-based, and it kept being inaccessible because there were too many people on the rest of the network.
This is a real support system, and allows for better one-one one support where only people approved by the admin can provide support.
