can't log onto administrator account

It is a long story....It was late and I accidentily changed the administrator acount into a limited acount!!! That was the only account I had set up. Now I cannot log in as an administrator at all. I tried to do it in safe mode and I got in as an administrator but in normal boot up all that shows up on the welcome screen is the limited account!!! Please Help Me!!!!!!
