BIOS simulation

Hello

I am looking for software that simulates BIOS, so that you could mess around with another system that isn't actually on your computer, but change things without actually effecting your computer.

Rewritten:
Software that makes it look like you are in a certain BIOS system, but you are not.

Something like this page has:

    Hey,  how can  u get into others  system by BIOS .I know that  we can get into others system  by  using  DOS  and on 1 condition that u should be networked  by another systems  by  LAN  ,  INTERNET ,, etc................
