I am using using Microsoft Office XP and just started having a problem when I try to read any of the files that I download onto my computer.  I have tried to "open" the file and to save the file into my documnets but it does not seem to matter what I do as each time I will either get a screen asking how to convert the file ( all options equal squares and boxes...i've tried them all) or the file just won't open.  The files I am trying to open are pdf. files?  This has never happened before??  Any help would be great :)
