I have a Dell Laptop Presario 1200, with the Windows 98 program, I'm not sure if its Netzero or Windows but everytime I log on to the internet I get a series of error messages (Rnaapp) in top bar with message " this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down if problem persist contact the program vendor" after I close this box another one pops up only with (chkras) in the top bar then about 6 other boxes pop up after I close them, then my computer will sometime freeze or just slow down , I don't know were to begin.
