On first of every month or at 8 a.m every day  I need my o/s to create folders/ create a folder of that date inside a particular folder automatically. this i want to shedule some downloads every day. can anybody help me in doing that. my os is windows xp.

Create a batch file that creates the folders and runs in scheduled tasks.
