Well I'd just open a word processor or other text document if this is something you're going to print out and type it up in there. If you're wanting to post it online somewhere I'd imagine the site has somewhere you could do that.
As far as actually writing the profile that's really up to you, decide on what would be best to write about the company, strengths, what it does, etc.
Look at other examples online by doing a search, for example look at the pages on
this Google results page.
