Which Firewall?

I am looking for a free firewall that does not cut out my ADSL connection.

One that does not bug you every time you do something.

I have tried ZoneAlarm and PC Tools Firewall Plus.
What is a free firewall that won't affect my ADSL connection?

Right now I am looking at AS3 Personal Firewall.
