I type in "C:\Drivers\Intel" so that it looks there and says it cant be reached!! plusI cant find the file anymore!!!!

OK...download those two drivers one more time (remember where to). This time, when you double click on them, remember (and tell me) what exactly will happen to them.
If you still have problem, I'll try to download them myself, and try to replicate process.
