    why get more storage for a console?

    i'm not a gamer, just curious.  Why do you need an 80 gig instead of a 60 gig.  Do you actually store online games on the PS or xbox??

    Yes, the new consoles actually store large files on their hard drives now.  Because I've been out of the gaming loop for awhile, I don't know all of the practical uses, but I know that you can use it to store music, demos, expansions, and other related downloads.
