Download CCleaner
www.ccleaner.comAdd a custom folder to clean with CCleaner.
Open CCleaner, choose the Options tab (on the left)
Choose Include, then on the right select Add Folder
Navigate to the folder you want to clean and select it
Click the Cleaner tab, all the way at the bottom of the options under the Advanced menu, check Custom Files and Folders
Then click Run Cleaner
