So I have a copy of XP that I have used before with know problems right. But now when I try and load it on any other computer and boot from CD it gets the blinking light but then it stars to boot up like there is nothing there? Any suggestions out there that can help?

Cant be I popped it into my laptop and it booted from the CD?

well it is a copy of that can be used over again, sort of a goverment copy

I got it from a friend that works in a IT department for the goverment and they use the same copy I have to rebuild there PCs.

You must be talking about corporate version of Windows, and since I believe, you have no right to use it legally, I can't help you. Sorry.

    I might help ya, Buy a new Window XP cd. Thats the RIGHT WAY TO DO IT!
